Project Description

installation of three (3) new Pickleball Courts, pickleball court surfacing, associated
fencing, nets, concrete walkways and two additional gravel parking areas at Blue Heron
Park. The Contractor shall review and follow the attached Construction Drawings and
Specifications provided by McFarland-Johnson, Inc.

The Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to, all work shown and listed in the
Drawings and Specifications. The Contractor is required to provide a complete job as
contemplated by the attached drawings, and specifications, which are a part of this bid
package. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, power, tools,
equipment, supplies, permits, and any other means of construction necessary or proper
for performing and completing the repairs listed. The Contractor shall properly dispose of
debris.
